Kitchen
Mountain cooking, simple and local
No frills, local ingredients, mountain portions.
Philosophy
The valley on your plate
Polenta, cheeses, cured meats, seasonal vegetables and breakfast jams tell the story of our land. Ours is a mountain kitchen, made of slow cooking and traditional recipes, just like in the homes of old.
Alongside the traditional dishes we also offer a selection of local wines from Valle Camonica — an authentic expression of the territory and its mountain vineyards, which accompany and bring out the best in every course.
Our hope is to take those who taste these dishes back home, awakening memories tied to traditional flavours or, simply, creating new memories of the mountains.
